Survival Camp | Check out our Packages
New Hampshire's White Mountain National Forest is one of the nation's most visited areas for outdoor enthusiasts. Consider that there are over three quarters of a million square acres, 1,200 miles of hiking trails, two-dozen campgrounds, 4,700 miles of streams and 67 lakes for fishing and boating. The number of visitors to this outdoor playground is estimated at more than 2.5 million each year. That means the opportunity for someone getting lost or injured is prevalent. Proper equipment, basic wilderness common sense and preparation can reduce the number of these incidents. This half-day program will teach you basic skills and how to use them in the outdoors no matter what the season. Curriculum will change with the seasons and focus on how to deal with the ever changing elements.
